Revisions to the code of conduct for councillors

East Riding of Yorkshire Council has made revisions to its code of conduct for councillors.

County Hall

The code of conduct sets out the standards of behaviour the council expects of councillors when they are acting as councillors.

The council has made revisions to its code. These have been made in response to recommendations made in the report on Local Government Ethical Standards by the Committee on Standards in Public Life.

The revised version of the council's code of conduct can be found on the Standards Committee page at: www.eastriding.gov.uk/council/committees/standards-committee/standards-committee/#code-of-conduct
