Active Coast activities Active Coast is about providing opportunities to get active, be healthy and enjoy life on the East Yorkshire coast. A main feature of Active Coast is the exciting Beach Sports programme which includes a vibrant beach volleyball scene with four semi-permanent Go Spike courts free to use. Why not also join in the weekly coaching sessions which will take place every week in the school holidays. Positive Lifestyles A national programme aimed at providing activities for young people to give them good experiences and steer them away from crime and anti-social behaviour. Twilight Football Twilight football is an informal turn-up and play football based initiative, running as part of the Positive Lifestyles programme. Us Girls Fun and varied sport, fitness and lifestyle activities for females aged 14+. Sessions include volleyball, dodgeball, arts and crafts, making slime and much more!
