We provide information relating to land and property in the council's ownership, leases, easements, wayleaves and boundary responsibilities.

How can I find out about whose responsibility the maintenance of a boundary is?

If the property is owned, managed or maintained by the council then we will investigate and provide what information we are able to. Many deeds do not have information on boundary responsibilities, even if adjoining land is council owned. Further information may be in your title deeds or provided by the Land Registry:
