East Riding Health and Wellbeing website is a directory of local health services and social groups and has been created by the East Riding of Yorkshire Council Public Health team to support the social prescribing project and make sure everyone has access to reliable wellbeing information and local services. The categories used include be active, take notice, connect, learn and give, taken from the Five Ways to Wellbeing created by Mind.
KOOTH is mental health support endorsed by the NHS. We know our young residents might feel anxious, stressed or worried during this time.
Kooth is a FREE, safe and anonymous online tool for young people where they can find advice and support.
