Founded in 1976, Hull and East Yorkshire Mind has been supporting people with poor mental health across Hull and East Yorkshire for over four decades. As a charity and a housing association Hull and East Yorkshire Mind has an ambitious vision for the future in which we will not give up until everybody experiencing a mental health problem gets both support and respect.

Hull and East Yorkshire Mind offer a 24/7 Information and Advice Line to support local people with their mental health and wellbeing. The information line, which is funded by Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust, is for anyone in the local area that wants to talk about how they are feeling, what is happening in their life right now or just generally struggling with their mental health. The line is also available if you are worried about a friend, family member or colleague.

Hull and East Yorkshire Minds information line is completely confidential and you don’t have to referred by your doctor to receive support from them. They can help if you are feeling lonely or vulnerable and have local people answering your calls to have a chat about the support that might be available.
